Juani has wrapped filming for the indie thriller Birthrite, directed by Ross Partridge, written by Patch Darragh and Erin Gann. Juani stars alongside Alice Kremelberg, as Maya Lopez. When Maya's pregnant partner Wren (Alice Kremelberg) is bequeathed a home from an estranged aunt, they leave the city behind to begin a new chapter. But when a karmic debt threatens the life of their unborn child, they soon discover their place in the cursed history of the town.
